The Curiosities Co. is a curiosity shop with a secret mission: to spark creativity and build community through imaginative goods and accessible arts programming for kids.

Part playful retail space, part creative clubhouse, we curate odd little objects that light up your imagination—and use the proceeds to fund free and low-cost creative programming, mentorship, and open studio time for young people in Shaker Heights.

We believe every kid deserves a space to belong, be seen, and create freely. Not someday. Not somewhere else. But right here, in their own community.

Inspired by places like Hoxton Street Monster Supplies and 826 Valencia, we’re dreaming up a local version rooted in visual and tactile play—designed for kids who need a space that celebrates curiosity, weirdness, and wonder.

Right now, we’re in our build phase: dreaming, sourcing, prototyping, and connecting with partners who believe in creativity as a tool for growth and belonging. Whether you're here to shop, support, or co-create—we're glad you found us.
